Please hear me out on this as it makes every bit as much sense as Cap and Trade... Where as in Cap and Trade you are dealing with carbon credits, with Corpse and Trade you would deal in human life credits... For arguments sake just consider yourself North Korea or Iran and you want to launch nuclear weapons killing hundreds of thousands of people... You simply go to let's say Darfur where corpses are plentiful and you purchase their credits... The people in Darfur use the money to stop the genocide and starvation while North Korea or Iran turn in those credits exonerating them for the deaths of the hundreds of thousands killed by their nuclear attack... Here is where it gets brilliant, because depending on exactly where the nuclear attack is perpetrated, you have plenty of corpse credits that could be purchased... It is an unending, dare I say perpetual source of credibility for the diabolical factions on our planet...
Henry Waxman and Ed Markey eat your hearts out, this doesn't just prevent global warming, it promotes global cooling... Nothing reduces your carbon footprint faster than death...
