Why does this remind me of an old episode of "The Silent Service" (yes, I 'm really that old) in which the submarine commander would always say "dive, dive, dive", followed by "damage control"... This buffoon is on "Damage Control" which reminds me of the Neil Young song "Needle and Damage Done"... Once you've overdosed, it's too late...
