You have the right to remain stupid, and what you say and do can and will be used against you in the court of public opinion. Unfortunately, the court of public opinion is expanding into a stupid-is-as-stupid-does joke. And it has a president and gang of thieves in the United States government to represent it.

So goes the sheeping of America. Welcome to Euro II.

With the level of dishonesty, fraud, abuse of power, corruption, rampant irresponsibility, downright criminal behavior and vehement refusal to be accountable, our government has clearly lost its collective mind - and its soul.

The brain-dead, zombielike nonsense blurting out of Democrats’ pie holes is mind-boggling as they feebly attempt to rationalize raising the debt ceiling, scrambling mindlessly to explain how increased runaway, criminal spending on gluttonous, wasteful, superfluous stuff is a good thing.

“Honey, we’re in debt up to our asses. Let’s go shopping and increase our gluttonous indulgences. Yeah, that’s the ticket.”

Is there a Dr. Phil or an Oprah to counsel psychotic bureaucrats? Somebody has to put a halt to this insanity as quickly as possible. We the people of the Tea Party are trying with all our might but there must be somebody in government that can stop this. Somebody?

The separation of legislative, executive and judicial branches of government has turned into one big gang of complicit goons, scratching each other’s backs and scheming to increase their own dishonest assault on we the people. Oh, how they have forgotten their oath to the U.S. Constitution. Oh, woe are they.

A nasty, unclean gaggle of Americans read the nonstop reports of mass graves in Mexico, the mountains of dead bodies, the unending exhuming of slaughtered innocents and decapitated citizens and public officials at the hands of evil drug cartels, then nonchalantly purchase another load of the mind- and life-destroying dope that these subhuman heathens peddle. You have to be on dope in order to fail to admit how your illegal or “medical” marijuana consumption creates wanton death and mayhem in your own communities and country. Thanks for nothing, idiots.

Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae and their complicit gang of America-hating snake-oil salesmen represent the most clear and present economic raping and pillaging in our country’s history. Instead of ending the tragedy, the perpetrators are given bonuses and hired by our already-criminal-infested government. And they call it “creating jobs.” Mao Zedong and Al Capone would be proud.

In the American West, where inhabitants have been raising hell for 20-plus years about how grizzly bears pose a serious and constant threat to people’s lives and livelihoods, inept, ignorant bureaucrats enforce dangerous policy by calling these overpopulated bears an endangered species. A hiker gets killed by a grizzly again and these geniuses respond by reminding people to whistle and bang on pots and pans.

In the middle of a war on terror, invaders infiltrate our southern border with impunity and instead of living up to their oath to protect America, soulless Fedzillacrats erect signs on American soil not warning the invaders to leave but rather warning American citizens to stay out of the invaded territory. Meanwhile, the feds sue Arizona for enforcing American laws.

Charlie Rangel, Tim Geithner, Tom Daschle and God knows how many other criminal tax cheats get caught red-handed, and none of them are brought to anything resembling justice. Are you kidding me?

Former Chicago Mayor Richard Daley and current Mayor Rahm Emanuel, along with New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, forbid their subjects to protect themselves but charge their subjects higher taxes to pay for their own heavily armed security detail.

Texas rightly decides to execute a convicted murderer-rapist of an innocent little girl and the president and secretary of state side with the murderous, rotten-to-the-core United Nations goons instead of with their own country. Are you kidding me?

I end up in a state-of-the-art emergency room at a Canadian hospital with a serious blood-gushing dog bite and wait 6 1/2 hours to see a doctor. In Waco, Texas, I wait less than a minute. Our fearless community-organizer-in-chief wants to fundamentally transform American health care into Canadian health care - unless, of course, you qualify for a crony-payoff waiver of this diabolical scam shoved down the throats of we the people. Are you kidding me?

Food stampers increase their fraud and criminal abuse of an already-failed welfare slavery system, and our numbnut politicians let President Obama increase it fourfold. Are you kidding me?

Richard Cloward and Frances Fox Piven write the ultimate America-hating guideline on how to bring down the greatest quality of life in the history of mankind, and the Obama administration puts their ideas on the fast track in broad daylight, yet no one stops him. Are you kidding me?

Unions continue to demand more compensation for less productivity or quality control. The list of jobs Americans are not willing to do gets longer by the day as soylent-green foreigners continue to kick our butts because they don’t allow such a list. Are you kidding me?

With another glaring, smoke-and-mirrors defiance of the pledge to government transparency, the No. 1 cop in America, aided and abetted by the vehemently anti-gun president, knowingly breaks the law and his oath to the Constitution by running illegally begotten guns to Mexican murderers, then tries to blame legitimate American gun dealers. Nothing like a good backfire to spotlight the cockroaches.

I could go on, but I’m getting sick to my stomach, as are an increasing number of American citizens sickened by the flagrant criminality of our government. I would like to go on record that the U.S. government is now more offensive and in violation of self-evident truths and God-given individual rights and liberties than the British government was in 1775.

Make note, bureaucrats. We have had enough, are completely fed up with the insanity and we officially put you on notice: You’re fired. When we go to the polls in 2012, we are committed to give most of you a good dose of what unemployment feels like. And from now on, you will have to create your own jobs because governments - especially a bloated, criminally abusive government like we have in America today - is unforgivable, unsustainable and will not be tolerated any longer.

I would highly recommend you all seek treatment for your allergies to logic, truth, good will, decency, accountability and the American Way. If you don’t get help soon, God only knows what will become of you.

California and specifically San Francisco are doing something fiscally responsible... The new San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge is being made in China...

Every time I think it's safe to watch Fox & Friends and drink my coffee at the same time, I see something like this, which usually ends up with me having to clean up a mess... It appears as in this time of 9.1% unemployment here, it is a half a billion (the last time I checked, that's 500 million) dollars cheaper to have the bridge built in China and shipped here for assembly... Why you might ask? It all boils down to the Davis Bacon Act, which is explained here...

This is simply one more reason government is the problem, not the solution... I will not apologise in advance of this next statement... Unions are destroying America... They had a purpose once upon a time, but that time has come and gone... I live in Florida which is a right to work state and the sooner all 57 (according to Obama) states follow suite, the better...

The tag line for this post comes from the comedic genius of Brian Regan... I searched for a video, but wasn't successful... The premise for the bit was that when you are drunk everything seems to be funny, so he suggested putting a note pad on the booze bottles so you could wake up the next day and remember just what was soooooo funny... Hence the title "Hamster Nipples"...

Well ladies and gentlemen, it is spring time in S.W. Florida and that brings sunshine and my ability to charge my batteries, as I was solar powered when Van Jones was a mere gleam in his daddy's eye... I purchased this lot that I built this house upon for its' southern exposure, so I might be able to sit in the sun applying dark tanning oil (sun screen is for wimps, you can say I told you so when and only when I die of skin cancer) and soaking up rays... The problem that comes from this is thirst, to which I find Heineken to be the perfect solution... (are you starting to see where I'm coming from?) The more I sun, the thirstier I get, the more I indulge... That is the reason I put a pad on the lanai so every time I came in to get a beer , or make a rental payment (you don't buy beer, you rent it) I could jot down my thoughts so "Hamster Nipples" here I come...

• If the left thinks we're wrong, why do they call us "The Right"?

• Were there any Muslims on the Mayflower? (I mean, did one Pilgrim jump off that ship, throw down a mat, face east and praise Allah)

Every once in a while I stray from bashing Barack Obama, especially when it affords me the chance to showcase things that are right with this country... The first (unfortunately, won't be the last) recipient of the great work this organization is performing will be Pfc. Corey Kent who was severely injured only weeks after being deployed to Afghanistan... The beautiful part, if there could be any in this situation, is the overwhelming support from our local community... Our local 9.12 group was fortunate enough to have Trey Radel, one of the founders of U.S. Forces Fund come speak at our meeting this past Saturday about their efforts to help Pfc. Kent... As Trey was speaking, and elaborating on exactly what the goal of the organization is, it suddenly hit me, we are Americans, it's what we do... It is in our DNA and it is what separates us from the rest of the world...

I'm not exactly sure how I got on Media Matters email list, but I receive an email a couple times a month and I stand by the adage, "know thy enemy"... Here's a link to these dirt bags latest campaign to "Drop Fox"...

This is the email that I received today and if you went to the website from the link above, you'll see that ORBITZ by their account has had a long standing record with the LGBT community... Could this have anything to do with why when you closely observe the "O" in the ORBITZ logo, it could be construed as representing two of the "G" portion of LGBT engaged in sodomy? Don't complain to me, I didn't design the logo, I just call them how I see them...

Little Sally led off: "I sold girl scout cookies and I made $30," she

said proudly, "My sales approach was to appeal to the customer's civil

spirit and I credit that approach for my obvious success."

"Very good," said the teacher.

Little Jenny was next: "I sold magazines," she said, "I made $45 and I

explained to everyone that magazines would keep them up on current

events."

"Very good, Jenny," said the teacher..

Eventually, it was Little Johnny's turn. The teacher held her breath

.... Little Johnny walked to the front of the classroom and dumped a

box full of cash on the teacher's desk. "$2,467," he said.

"$2,467" cried the teacher, "What in the world were you selling"

"Toothbrushes," said Little Johnny.

"Toothbrushes," echoed the teacher, "How could you possibly sell

I was watching John Bolton (knows a little about the UN) this morning and he stated that the UN did not have the authority to mandate something of this nature and furthermore should this occur, Congress has the right to vote to defund American contributions to this worthless piece of crap... Woodrow Wilson's "League of Nations" went down in flames because as then, and still is, it's a really bad idea... The last thing on earth I want is to have some "Nut Job" like Mahmoud Ahmadinejad coming on American soil and calling us "The Great Satin"... RECYCLE SUNDAY, TRAINING FOR A MARATHON (P)

Some of you may not know this, but light years ago, in a galaxy far far away, I used to run marathons...

Where is this leading you ask? The taking back of our country from the sleazeball progressives is not going to be a sprint, but a long hard fought marathon... In the same way that you don't lace up a pair of running shoes for the first time and proceed to run 26.2 miles, we aren't going to wake up tomorrow and accomplish our goal of restoring our republic before the sun goes down...

Sleazeballs the likes of Bill Ayers and Jeff Jones have been at this since the sixties and before that you had Woodrow Wilson who just like our sitting dirt bag wanted to socialise America... So what do you say, lets all start training for this "Mother of all Marathons", "Lets Take Back Our Country"...

Every training program needs short as well as long term goals... If your goal is a marathon, perhaps a short term goal might be running a 5K... (3.1 miles) If your goal is restoring America, a short term goal might be joining a group of like minded individuals... (strength in numbers)

Whether running a marathon or saving our country, the body or your brain needs rest... When you run every day, your body is being pushed to new levels, the same holds true if you become consumed with the fight for our country... (please don't think I'm trying to minimize the problem) If you continue to push your body more and more each day, the body will eventually start to wear down, as it needs rest to recharge so it can keep going... The fight to restore our country is going to take each and every one of us, so please pace yourself for this marathon, as it will take strength of mind, body and spirit to prevail...

Our short term goal should be the November 2010 elections, so lets use practical training regimens (candidate forums, voter education, precinct walks and contracts with candidates outlining exactly what is expected of them) to win and reach the finish line in our first race...

The intermediate goal in this marathon would be to regain the Whitehouse in 2012... We can ill afford to put another center / left candidate up against the incumbent dirt bag as there are still those "Government Cheese" eating, "Kool-Aide" drinking (please see my last post) morons out there and it's going to take a true conservative, constitution loving, common sense man or woman to win the race to this finish line...

The long term goal is to rewrite the history books, showing the world what once was, still is the greatest planet on the face of the earth... Let the rest of the world strive to be us, we shouldn't be lowering our standards to theirs...

So lace up your shoes, and get in the race... The finish line is in sight and together we can make it, just run a smart race...

Here's the true story of how Barack Obama came to be president...

John was in the chicken business. He had several hundred young layers (hens), called 'pullets', and ten roosters to fertilize them. He kept records, and any rooster not performing went into the soup pot and was replaced.

This took a lot of time, so he bought some tiny bells and attached them to his roosters. Each bell had a different tone, so he could tell from a distance, which rooster was performing. Now, he could sit on the porch and fill out an efficiency report by just listening to the bells.

John's favorite rooster, Obama, was a very fine specimen, but this morning he noticed Obama's bell hadn't rung at all! When he went to investigate, he saw the other roosters were busy chasing pullets, bells-a-ringing, but the pullets, hearing the roosters coming, would run for cover.

To John's amazement, Obama had thought of a way to do it without work, he had his bell in his beak, so it couldn't ring. He'd sneak up on a pullet, do his job and walk on to the next one.

John was so proud of Obama, he entered him in the Chicago County Fair and he became an overnight sensation among the judges.

The result was the judges not only awarded Obama the No Bell Piece Prize but they also awarded him the Pulletsurprise as well.

Clearly Obama was a politician. Who else but a politician could figure out how to win two of the most highly coveted awards on our planet by being the best at sneaking up on the populace and screwing them when they weren't paying attention.

I was listening to Jimmy's album "You had to be there" (though on CD, the original was a double vinyl album, just how do kids clean their pot these days without double albums, but I digress) recorded live and he was introducing a song and saying that they hadn't done this one in a while, but he had been listening to some of his older albums and to quote Jimmy, we had some really good sh*t on those old albums...

Needless to say, it started me thinking, over the years we've had some posts that bear re- posting... So I went back and looked at some and I'm going to recycle / re-post a few and see if you enjoy them the second time around...

WHO MOVED MY GOVERNMENT CHEESE (P)

This is my adaptation of the #1 Best Selling book "Who Moved My Cheeses?" by Spencer Johnson, M.D....

In my adaptation, cheese is an obvious metaphor for entitlement programs... The story revolves around two Marxist, "Barack" and "Nancy" and two Kool-Aide Drinkers, "Lazy" and "No Count"...
Barack is good at "sniffing out or creating cheese" and Nancy is good at "implementing the cheese"... Lazy prefers to cut the cheese, while No Count prefers to use the word "change" when referring to his cheese...

One day Barack, Nancy, Lazy and No Count, find a huge mound of cheese... Lazy and No Count decide that this mound of cheese is so large they never have to think about finding more... They get comfortable and settle down, and are caught by surprise when one day their cheese is gone... Barack and Nancy are ready for this and get back to creating more cheese as they know that this is the only way to keep Lazy and No Count enslaved because cheese is all they know... Lazy and No Count feel that this is wrong, for surely they are worthy of cheese... Lazy screams "It's not fair" insisting that someone put his cheese back... No Count finally decides to venture out to look for cheese, perhaps Barack and Nancy have found their cheese...

Barack and Nancy felt that the only way to make sure that Lazy, No Count and the rest of the Kool-Aide Drinkers always have cheese is to steel from those who refused the "Government Cheese" choosing to work hard, buy cows and make their own "Private Cheese"... There plan was to have the "Government" take over the "Private" cheese makers so they could redistribute the cheese... That way everyone had the same amount of cheese, as only the "Government" could effectively insure that the cheese was shared by all, Kool-Aide Drinkers and Hard Workers alike...

What Barack and Nancy didn't count on was the resolve of the Hard Workers... Soon the Hard Workers joined together and formed the "Wine Party" as they needed to show Barack, Nancy, Lazy, No Count and the rest of the Kool-Aide Drinkers that their "Cheese" was theirs and that if they could work for their "Cheese", the rest of the cheese eaters could as well...

I was smoking a cigarette, so I must have been cool... We are not a democracy. We are a Republic. We do not need polls of the American people. We need Statesmen who uphold our Constitution.

The polls say that the American people are for taxing companies more, but don’t raise my taxes. Never mind that it is unconstitutional and cuts off their noses to spite their faces.

The reason we have a Republic instead of a democracy is so the lower nature of man (mob rule) would not dominate our lives. What if the polls said that everyone who owns a home in Florida should pay more taxes, because obviously their lives are easier because they don’t get snow. They don’t have to pay to plow their driveways. They have that extra money. It’s not fair. Let’s take it.

You can make an argument for anything. If your mind set is in the collective salvation camp, it might even make sense.

The constitution limits the government and the lower nature of man. We were told it was the law of the land and could not be altered without ratification by three fourths of the states. We did not know about activist judges or politicians or executive orders or that definitions of words could be changed. What part of “public use” is unclear.

We knew our world and our rights were secure because of the difficulty of ratifications. I rested on that. It was not important who we elected because they were all sworn to uphold the constitution. I am much wiser now.

I think not, I'm no mathamatician, but the nearly 10 million barrels a day we were producing in 1970 is lmost twice as much... Just today he went to El Paso on his latest campaign stop... (must be nice to have Air Force One at your beckoned call) Is there anyone out there that would prefer he tackled the $4.00, soon to be $5.00 a gallon gas or 9% unemployment before he starts trying to solicit the undocumented Democrat vote?

Need I remind you that you and I are on the hook as taxpayers to the tune of $30,000.00 plus for every one of these sold because it costs north of $70,000.00 to produce and sells to the public somewhere north of $40,000.00... Not only couldn't Government Motors produce enough of these beauties to make a dent in gas consumption, if they did, we as taxpayers would be out Billions if not Trillions of dollars in subsidies...

This is a picture of "Oil Wells" that believe it or not, would reduce our dependency on foreign oil, thus bringing down the price of gas... The mere threat of our increasing domestic production of oil would have an immediate effect on the price of crude and the long term would give us back our energy independence...

OK boys and girls, one of these things was designed to be inserted in the rectum, I'll leave the choice up to you... Which of these items would you like to stick up Obama's ass? The oil derricks have a shape more conducive to insertion, but wouldn't you love to shove the Chevy Volt where the sun doesn't shine on Obama?

(it's called copying and pasting)

I know that the progressive movement has joined forces with the radicals from the sixties, Bill Ayers comes to mind, and the union thugs like Richard Trumka and the AFLCIO... I therefore am able to deduce that they, if nothing else, are hell bent on their attempt to fundamentally transform America... I can conclude that even though they are in this for different reasons, the progressives because they think we are too stupid to think for ourselves, the radicals from the sixties because they are fighting against imperialism and the union thugs for the shear power and money, it's going to be a fight in which we must pool all our resources to win... I also know that FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION...

What can we do? If you watched Glenn's program Friday, you heard him say "you get it, I'm preaching to the choir"... If you are reading this blog, you get it as well, so today's sermon is this, WE NEED TO DO SOMETHING MORE PROACTIVE...

Make it your duty every day to engage in conversation with one or more person or persons about the importance of removing Barack Obama and his Socialist / Marxist ideology from power... Keep a journal about your encounters and share your tactics and more importantly your victories... In every pole you see, there are an incredible number of "undecided" (I know, it boggles my mind too) these are the people we need to reach... Don't waste your time on the "Kool-Aide" drinkers, they are missing a chromosome or two and will never get it...
Encourage those people to do the same, the power of duplication...
If you have children old enough to vote, threaten them with exclusion from your will should they not vote for the conservative candidate, or at least explain to them that if these people are reelected, there won't be anything left to leave them...
Refute and disprove the lefts' class warfare and scare tactics about killing women and starving seniors...
Use their own "Rules for Radicals" and demonise, ridicule and condemn the left... Must I repeat myself, FAILURE IS NOT AN OPTION...
Organise, organise, organise... They're way ahead of us in this aspect...
Don't allow the indoctrination of our school children to continue... The eternal optimist in me says that we will turn this around and we must teach our children the principles that made this country great.. Much the same way we developed vaccines for polio and other childhood deceases, we can immunize them against the most terrifying decease of all, the dreaded "Can't get my head out of my ass syndrome"... True, they haven't dropped our AAA rating as of yet, but the way these ASSHOLES in Washington (Republicans as well as Democrats) are spending, it's only a matter of time before they do... Unless this has been their plan all along, and I for one am convinced this is the case, this will be the final nail in the coffin for The United States of America...

WE THE PEOPLE damn well better get our heads out of our posteriors and stop these people who are destroying our country... Should we loose our AAA rating, the interest alone on our debt would consume the VAST MAJORITY of our GDP... The U.S. dollar would be rendered practically worthless, something Ben Bernanke and the Federal Reserve are already doing at a break neck speed... Lets just print (OK, not physically print, they just add zeros on existing accounts) more money and make what's out there worth a little less until ultimately it's not worth less, but worthless... OK boys and girls, can you say Zimbabwe or Weimar Republic?

There are some interesting emails circulating about the possibility of a criminal background for one Barry Soetoro / Barry Sorento or what ever your real name is AKA Barack Obama... The last thing I do every night is pray to God someone finds what would amount to an impeachable offense lurking in that shady background of yours, because 2012 is too late to stop you from destroying this great nation... I do not wish the same ill against you that you wish upon this country, but I sure as hell want you gone... I'll pen another one of my infamous songs, "Thank God and Congress (in lieu of Greyhound) You're Gone"...

The next big issue to confront us is the "Debt Ceiling"... If we raise the ceiling on our debt without an iron clad "Balanced Budget" amendment, that's probably what will ultimately force Standard and Poors to drop our credit rating from AAA to who cares, it's too late... They are going to want to see a 180 degree turn around from the out of control spending that is currently the trademark of this administration...

The battle lines have been drawn, The Second American Revolution has begun... Choose wisely which side you join, as it's going to get ugly... The Lee County Patriots in conjunction with the Cape Coral 9/12 and the Naples Tea Party hosted a TEA Party in beautiful downtown Ft. Myers (sorry, was born and raised here, a little prejudice) at Centennial Park... I'm not going to try and say there were thousands of people there, but several hundred braved what turned out to be brutally hot conditions even for April in South West Florida...

It was a very inspiring event happening only hours after what some are saying was a failure by our Republican / Conservative elected representatives in the "Budget Battle" with the morons on the left... Why do we continue to deny the fact that deep down inside, all we really want to do is kill women and starve senior citizens... One of the first steps we must take is to admit we have a problem... Hi my name is (P) and I'm a woman killing, senior citizen starving Conservative... There, I said it, now with help from Harry Reid and Chuck Schumer I can someday say "I'm a recovering Conservative"... Everyone knows that you are never completely liberal, it's one day at a time... (I have no idea where that came from, but I had fun with it)

Back on track... The speakers were as interesting as they were inspiring... It never fails to fill me with hope every time I attend something like this and see that I'm not alone... That there are Americans that still believe in the principles that this great nation was founded upon... We are and will forever be the greatest nation on the face of the earth and that the "American Experiment" is alive and well... We as a nation fell asleep, but by the grace of God, we woke up in the nick of time... The Founding Fathers gave us the perfect (well as perfect as humanly possible) system by which we can govern ourselves... We need to adhere to it and never forget that it's "We the People", not the government that is in charge... They work for us and must never be allowed to think otherwise... We are endowed by our Creator (something Obama has trouble saying) with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness... We don't need anyone "spreading the wealth around" the playing field is fine the way it is, no leveling needed... Just do what is outlined in the Constitution and let the American people do what we do best... We became the greatest nation on earth because we have the freedom to do and prosper as individuals, no collective salvation, no executive orders, no mandates needed...

I must admit the absolute highlight of my day was when I was approached by a young lady who leaned over and asked are you The Born Again American? I knew immediately that she must be "The Conservative Lady" http://tclblogger.blogspot.com/ author of this incredible blog... We knew that we both lived here in South West Florida, but had never met in person... You need only to visit her blog to understand what a service she provides to our country and our cause... The really great part is that she and her husband to whom we will refer to as TCG (The Conservative Gentleman) are as pleasant and engaging as any two people you could ever hope to meet... Like many, they are part time residents here and soon will be heading north, but I am looking forward to more encounters with them when they return next fall...

Who hasn't heard this from a parent at some point in time?

Well I'm starting to feel the same way as to we, "THE CONSERVATIVE RIGHT", coming up with a clear cut winner to oust "Numb Nuts" in 2012... So again I implore you "don't make me run for president"...

I'm not sold on anyone at this point... I do however have reservations about some so called contenders... I do not like Mitt Romney, two words Romney Care... Michelle Bachmann has some really good ideas, but I don't think she has a chance... (before you take my head off, let me explain... (T) and I host in our home what started out as a "book club" that has now been more aptly referred to as a "support group" in which I'm the only male with six females "what can I say, I'm a chick magnet"... These are very conservative women and it is their consensus that it would be next to impossible for any woman to win)... I love about 95% of Ron Paul right up until he starts spouting about withdrawing our entire military from around the world... That is just not plausible at this time... Certainly something we can and should strive for in the future... I'm not wild about any of these guys, Tim Pawlenty, Mitch Daniels, Herman Cain or Haley Barbour... I like Newt Gingrich, he certainly is worldly and wise, but does he carry too much baggage? I would truly love to see any of the following Rand Paul, Marco Rubio or Lt. Col. Allen West, except look what happened the last time we elected a first term senator... (I know West is a congressman)

So don't make me start an exploratory committee and run for president, as I really don't want to... Should this be necessary, let me assure you of a couple of things...

I have a birth certificate and only one social security number...

The Florida Gators said goodbye to Urban Meyer yesterday with a victory over the Penn State Nittany Lions, ushering out one of the most prolific coaches in college history... The Gators were 65-15 under Coach Meyer with 2 National Championships... Although the 8-5 season was somewhat of a disappointment in latter day standards, I remember when we would have given our eye teeth for an 8-5 record... (yes, I was a Gator when being a Gator wasn't cool)

Welcome Will Muschamp, hopefully the last Gator head coach I'll ever have to relate to... I'll be the first to admit that I don't know much about you, but I did read about what you referred to as "The Gator Way"... This is said to be an effort to make sure your athletes graduate and more importantly are model citizens... May I applaud you for this endeavor... This is in no way a slam on Coach Meyer, but during his tenure, there were 30 arrests involving 27 different players... That legacy was reserved for the Florida State Seminoles (aka Florida State Criminals) when it was jokingly said "if two people are in a car and one is a Seminole, who's driving? The cop"...

Now let me give you some advice... (don't worry, as in any good armchair quarterback, it's free)

There are rumors that John Brantley wants to transfer, let him...
Let Jordan Reed workout with the quarterbacks instead of tight ends...
Trey Burton needs to throw the ball once in a while, just to keep them honest...

I promised that I would get back to blogging in The New Year, so here goes... Allow me first and foremost to thank all of you who so kindly sent your well wishes, thoughts and prayers over the past few months, as they have been difficult at best and trying in many ways... Let me say, things are looking up in the new year... I'm in no way out of the woods financially, but the prospects are looking better for the company I work for and my beloved (T) in the lack of the real estate market is starting not one, but two part time jobs which will allow us to keep the wolves at bay...

I'm not going to reflect on the year that was, instead I'm choosing to concentrate on the year ahead of us...
(Most of these have transpired in the recent days, but will affect us in the New Year)

Here are a few random thoughts...

Janet Napolitano is out of the country, now would be a really good time to secure the borders, I mean really secure the borders... Sorry "Big Sis" you can't come back...
B.O. has announced that he wants to headquarter his reelection campaign in Chicago, seems he wants to run as a "Washington Outsider"... I think we should grant him his wish and insure the fact that he remains a Washington outsider, preferably as a private citizen...
The United States secretly helped the Russian government take possession of enough enriched uranium from the Ukraine to build two nuclear weapons... Looks like that S.T.A.R.T. is working really well, while Russia is in the process of helping Iran fuel their supposed nuclear power plants... OOOPS!!!!
B.O. has turned his focus on creating jobs... I feel better already...
Looks like Eric Holder is going to get help trying enemy combatants in civilian courts after B.O.'S latest recess appointment of James Cole as Deputy Attorney General... Seems this appointment was needed as Cole failed to get approval from the Senate Judiciary Committee after his past consulting work with bailed-out insurance giant AIG... Cole so aptly considers terrorists to be in the same criminal realm as drug dealers...
I've got to disagree with Charles Krauthammer (which is rare, as we quadriplegics should stick together) and side with Art Laffer, John Boehner and Mitch McConnell in the absolute need to defund Obama Care... We must at every chance pull the funding from this travesty until we dethrone Obummer so we can repeal it entirely without the threat of a veto...
Not that we're going to relax, but we need to hold Congress to their pledge to cut spending... No more defficit spending CAPEESH!!! (that's the 10% Italian running through my veins)

My objections to this Act are many. I feel strongly that it must be defeated.

• S. 3827 is not limited to amnesty for children, only one amendment limits the age to 35.
• Act incentivizes “chain migration”, creating untold numbers of legal immigrants who initially came here illegally.
• Act will require funding for implementation from taxpayers, including legal immigrants, instead of fees from the applicants.

If you've been watching Glenn lately, you'll know what I 'm referring to when I say "the masks are coming off"... These progressive socialists aren't even trying to hide anymore and know in their heart of hearts that the gig is up and the American public will no longer allow them to hide in the shadows like roaches who scatter when the light is turned on... This man is bought and paid for by big labor and the scum of the earth dirt bag George Soros... While Soros is trying to insure an orderly decline in the U.S. dollar in his effort to destroy this countries standing as the most powerful nation on earth, the labor unions are desperately trying to insure that capitalism and the free market system fails... This was never more evident than their 10/2/10 rally in Washington where by the unions and every socialist / communist organization in the country tried how ever so pitifully to display their unity... I will be the first to admit that there was a time and need for unions in this country... THAT SHIP HAS SAILED... When Andy Stern (past head of SEIU) says "workers of the world unite" (taken directly from the communist manifesto) "it's not just a slogan, but the way we must do our work" it's time to put an end to the unions... No longer are there sweatshops in this country, instead these unions have grown into unsustainable entities that are sucking the life out of not only companies, but municipalities and states...

This country can no longer prosper by being consumers and only consumers, we must get back to manufacturing and being the world's leader in innovation... The "Big Government" agencies designed to keep us safe (the EPA comes to mind) combined with unsustainable union pensions have made it impossible for U.S. companies to compete in the global market... Screw the notion of a "Green Economy" which has been documented to cost two jobs for every one it creates... I'm not a freaking genius, but even I can see this is not the direction we should be heading... There are literally trillions of dollars currently being held outside of this country that are begging to come back and create jobs should the powers that be decide to remove their heads from their posteriors and reduce tax rates... The idiots the likes of Pelosi and Reid can't figure out the fact that if the unemployment (that's hitting close to home here) number was reduced from 9.6% to 3% or 4% the amount of revenue coming into the Federal Government's coffers via the existing tax structure would far outweigh the benefit from taxing those that make more than $250,000.00 a year... My next big initiative would be to make every American pay some form of income tax... When 50% of this country doesn't pay any tax on their income is it any wonder that they have no interest in how "Fedzilla" (got to give acknowledgement to brother Ted) spends the money... They might help stop the ridiculous spending if they had a vested interest in the federal budget... My ideal fix would be a "Fair Tax" but that's another post...

God bless you Fuzzy, as this is something that was inspired by your thoughtful inquiry on my last post... This is in no way shape or form an attempt to gain sympathy from anyone, but more of a kicking of myself in the ass and getting on with the task at hand...

The lack of Obama's ability to help this country recover from the downturn in the economy has hit really close to home... I have been blessed to have been employed by a truly wonderful company for the past twenty one years... My two bosses / owners called me into the conference room the end of September and were basically ready to cheat in an effort to keep the company going, as they have poured every last dime of their life's savings into the company over the last three years... They easily could have walked away sitting pretty and left the hundred plus employees hanging, but that is not in these gentlemen's DNA... I myself being a huge follower of Glenn Beck realised that asking these men to somehow compromise their integrity was not the HONORABLE thing to do and HONOR has to be restored in this great country so we can continue to be great... I went home and discussed it with my beloved (T) and came up with this plan of attack... In as much as I'm for the most part, the estimating department for the company, I decided to take enough money out of my 201K (used to be a 401k) to last until the first of the year... I still go into the office every day and estimate trying to secure enough work to not only keep the doors open, but to enable the company to put me back on the payroll... I'm sure that what I am doing is not 100% Kosher, but it's not asking anyone to compensate me off the books... I must say that come the first of the year if things don't improve, I'm going to have to seek employment elsewhere and the knowledge of my leaving the company will not help their chances of survival...

The fact that I'm a 60 year old quadriplegic may have some bearing on my ability to gain employment, but I assure you it won't slow me down in my effort... I have never considered myself handicapped and choose the description "Slightly Inconvenienced" and anyone who knows me knows that I'll never give up or give in... If that were my stile, I'd have done it back in 1987...

Now that I've gotten that off my chest, I'm ready to kick some ass and take some names... Our turnout and subsequent victories last Tuesday was a good start, but it's going to take a great deal more than that to get this country back from the edge of the cliff... I truly love what Marco Rubio said, "this was not a mandate for the Republican party, but a second chance"... We need to return to our conservative values... Capitalism and The Free Market System are what made us the greatest country on the planet and a return to it will have the same result...

What you might not know is that the chairman of Progressive is Peter Lewis, one of the largest funders of the left in America. He's your typical rich spoiled kid who took over the company from his father and apparently feels ?guilty? for his success and now dedicates himself to making it impossible for anyone else to become wealthy.
Between 2001 and 2003, Lewis funneled $15 million to the ACLU, the group most responsible for destroying what?s left ofAmerica?s Judeo-Christian heritage. Indeed, Lewis is himself a ACLU member. One of the ACLU projects he earmarked his funds for was an effort to sue school districts who have drug testing policies. In other words, this idiot wants teachers to be able to use drugs without fear of exposure. I wonder what he would think if all his own employees came to work drugged out every day.
Lewis also gave $12.5 million to MoveOn.org and American Coming Together, two key components of the socialist left. The former group is perhaps the main group used by the Obama forces to organize their activists; the latter group is a 527 political action group that essentially served as a front for the SEIU union thugs who ran ACORN. His funding for these groups was conditional on matching contributions from George Soros, the international socialist who finances much of the Obama political network.
It?s disturbing that Lewis made a fortune as a result of capitalism but now finances a progressive movement that threatens to destroy the free enterprise system. He reminds me somewhat of Armand Hammer, the former head of Occidental Petroleum who did business with Joseph Stalin and become his good friend, around the same time Stalin was executing businessmen all over the USSR.
What angers me further is the way this company is targeting television shows watched by conservatives such as Fox News. Peter Lewis is making a fortune off of conservative Americans so that he can destroy our country. He?s banking on no one finding out who he is. I think it?s time we expose this clown.

The flood of American liberals sneaking across the border into Canada has intensified in the past week, sparking calls for increased patrols to stop the illegal immigration. The recent actions of the Tea Party are prompting an exodus among left-leaning citizens who fear they'll soon be required to hunt, pray, and to agree with Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck.

Canadian border farmers say it's not uncommon to see dozens of sociology professors, animal-rights activists and Unitarians crossing their fields at night. "I went out to milk the cows the other day, and there was a Hollywood producer huddled in the barn," said Manitoba farmer Red Greenfield, whose acreage borders North Dakota . "The producer was cold, exhausted and hungry. He asked me if I could spare a latte and some free-range chicken. When I said I didn't have any, he left before I even got a chance to show him my screenplay, eh?"

In an effort to stop the illegal aliens, Greenfield erected higher fences, but the liberals scaled them. He then installed loudspeakers that blared Rush Limbaugh across the fields. "Not real effective," he said. "The liberals still got through and Rush annoyed the cows so much that they wouldn't give any milk." Officials are particularly concerned about smugglers who meet liberals near the Canadian border, pack them into Volvo station wagons and drive them across the border where they are simply left to fend for themselves.

"A lot of these people are not prepared for our rugged conditions," an Ontario border patrolman said. "I found one carload without a single bottle of imported drinking water. They did have a nice little Napa Valley Cabernet, though."

When liberals are caught, they're sent back across the border, often wailing loudly that they fear retribution from conservatives. Rumors have been circulating about plans being made to build re-education camps where liberals will be forced to drink domestic beer and watch NASCAR races.

In recent days, liberals have turned to ingenious ways of crossing the border. Some have been disguised as senior citizens taking a bus trip to buy cheap Canadian prescription drugs. After catching a half- dozen young vegans in powdered wig disguises, Canadian immigration authorities began stopping buses and quizzing the supposed senior-citizens about Perry Como and Rosemary Clooney to prove that they were alive in the '50s. "If they can't identify the accordion player on The Lawrence Welk Show, we become very suspicious about their age," an official said.

Canadian citizens have complained that the illegal immigrants are creating an organic-broccoli shortage and are renting all the Michael Moore movies. "I really feel sorry for American liberals, but the Canadian economy just can't support them," an Ottawa resident said. "How many art-history majors does one country need?"

In an effort to ease tensions between the United States and Canada , Vice President Biden met with the Canadian ambassador and pledged that the administration would take steps to reassure liberals. A source close to President Obama said, "We're going to have some Paul McCartney and Peter, Paul &Mary concerts. And we might even put some endangered species on postage stamps. The President is determined to reach out," he said. The Herald will be interested to see if Obama can actually raise Mary from the dead in time for the concert!

23 YEARS AGO TODAY (P)

It was 23 years ago today while proving my incredible knack for stupidity that I threw the anchor off the bow of the boat into twenty feet of water and then proceeded to dive off the stern into two feet of water...

Now before you get the wrong impression, let me assure you, that wasn't the end, but the beginning of my great adventure... I've always been one who believes that everything happens for a reason... I'm not going to say that my life was spiraling out of control, but I was not leading the most stellar or exemplary life style... I was in a disastrous marriage that (L) warned me not to get into... In hindsight, I did most of my thinking back then with my little head instead of my big head... (as crude as that sounds, it's the best explanation) The resulting injury helped put an end to that marriage, which ultimately enabled me to become the person I am today... I remember sitting in the courthouse during the divorce proceeding and my now ex saying to me "(P), if you go through with this I'll never come back to you"... To which I replied "I know, now I'm just trying to get it in writing"...

The journey has been incredible, I've grown from a young self centered, egotistical bastard to an old self centered, egotistical bastard... (well at least that's what most would say) I remember being in the hospital and having the staff psychologist pay me a visit... I was lying in bed (not much else to do when you're in a halo brace) when the door opened an this angelic face appeared saying "I'm (B) would you like to talk? I said sure come on in... We talked for at least an hour and when she left my mother and aunt came in and asked how it went? I said "I think she feels a lot better now"... A short four month stint in the hospital and I was off to Miami for "Spinal Cord Rehab"... There seems to be a reoccurring theme in which they assigned me another staff shrink, I guess some people need them... Her name was (J) and on our first time together, she asked me numerous questions and then finally stated "you were sick long before you broke your neck, weren't you"... Finally someone who knew the real me...

It's almost a year after being released from rehab and I'm watching truck and tractor pulls on ESPN when I realized a mind is a terrible thing to waste, so I rolled down to the end of the driveway and picked up the newspaper... (Al Gore hadn't invented the Internet yet) I saw an ad for an estimator at a local construction company... I called an asked if their office was wheelchair accessible (this was prior to ADA) and he said "I'll have to look" after which he said "there's a 4" step"... I told him "that's fine for the interview, but if you hire me, I'm going to insist on a ramp"... That was twenty one years ago and I'm pleased to report I'm still working for one of the greatest companies anyone could hope to work for... We are a construction company in an extremely poor economic era, but thankfully we are keeping the doors open...

Six years ago this past April my life changed once again for the better as I met my beloved (T) and my life has been blessed ever since... I'm not sure what evil she must have done in the past to deserve this fate, I'm just glad it happened...

So on this Labor Day, may I raise my glass to all and hope that each and every one of you are as blessed as I am without being as stupid as I am...

That having been said, look at the voter results in two primaries held yesterday...

The Gubernatorial race had a total of 1,165,956 Republicans vote, while the Democrats had 863,691 total votes... 302,265 more Republicans voted than did their Democratic counterparts...

In the district 5 senatorial race, 1,252,970 Republicans voted, while the Democrats had 910,386, a difference of 342,584...

In each case more than 1/3 more Republicans voted than did Democrats... That ladies and gentlemen is precisely how we are going to take back our country...
